Terms of Service

1. Service

MiaPulse ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered chat platform that businesses embed on their websites to engage visitors, capture leads, and book appointments.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per business entity.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your chat widget will stop responding to new visitors until you subscribe. Your dashboard and captured leads remain accessible.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. SMS Messaging Program

Program name: MiaPulse Follow-Up SMS

Description: A single transactional SMS sent to callers who explicitly request a website or booking link during an inbound call handled by the MiaPulse AI voice receptionist. No SMS is sent without a recorded verbal request from the caller.

Message frequency: One (1) message per inbound call, only when the caller requests it.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: reply STOP to any message. To get help: reply HELP or email support@miapulse.tech.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use MiaPulse to: collect data from minors under 13, send spam or unsolicited messages, impersonate another business, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data

Conversations between your visitors and our AI are stored to provide the service (dashboard, lead capture, analytics). You own your business data and leads. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. AI Disclaimer

MiaPulse uses AI language models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and monitoring conversations.

8. Limitation of Liability

MiaPulse is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost leads, missed appointments, inaccurate AI responses, or service downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
