1. Information We Collect

Account data: Business name, email address, website URL, industry — provided during signup.

Visitor conversations: Chat messages between your website visitors and our AI. These are stored to provide lead capture, analytics, and conversation replay.

Lead data: Names, emails, phone numbers, and other contact info that visitors voluntarily share during conversations.

Usage data: Page views, session duration, device type — collected automatically for analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the MiaPulse service: AI chat, lead capture, notifications, dashboard analytics, and weekly reports. To send transactional emails: login links, trial reminders, weekly reports. To improve our AI models and service quality.

3. SMS Messaging

When a caller explicitly requests a website or booking link during an inbound call, MiaPulse may send one (1) follow-up SMS to fulfill that request. All calls are recorded; the call recording serves as proof of consent. Phone numbers collected via this method are used solely to deliver the requested link and are not shared with third parties or used for marketing. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS/voice notifications), Telegram (lead alerts) — only as needed to deliver the service.

4. Data Retention

Account data and leads are retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Conversation transcripts are retained for up to 12 months for analytics.

5. Your Rights

You can export your leads as CSV from the dashboard at any time. To request account deletion, email support@miapulse.tech. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a signed session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) for dashboard authentication. Our chat widget uses localStorage for session persistence. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Security

API keys are stored hashed. Sessions use HMAC-SHA256 signing. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Webhook signatures are verified. We implement rate limiting and SSRF protection.
