Conversation data: Chat messages between your website visitors and Mia, including any contact information visitors voluntarily share.
Lead data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other information visitors provide during conversations.
Usage data: Session counts, conversation duration, and engagement metrics.
We use your data to: (a) power Mia's AI responses using your knowledge base; (b) capture and deliver leads to you; (c) generate dashboard analytics; (d) improve the Service.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI model providers (to generate responses — no personal data is stored by them); (b) Stripe (for billing); (c) Twilio (if SMS/voice notifications are enabled); (d) Telegram (if Telegram alerts are enabled).
We retain conversation and lead data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request data export or deletion at any time.
If you enable SMS lead notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages about new leads at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Your website visitors interact with an AI-powered chat agent. The chat widget displays "AI-Powered by Mia" to inform visitors they are communicating with AI.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure API key authentication, and isolated per-client data storage. Magic link authentication is used for dashboard access (no passwords stored).
You may: (a) request a copy of all your data; (b) request deletion of your data; (c) update your business information at any time via the dashboard; (d) cancel your subscription and cease data collection.
